Alright, you guys, you're going to get back to back long runs because I was busy putting

So today we're going to have Aaron Saft, Aaron ran the Badger 100 as a substitute for

his Vermont 100, which was canceled this year, to complete the Grand Slam of Alter Running

So he did 500 miles in about the summer, over the course of the summer, some hard ones,

and that kind of put him on my radar screen.

That and that Pat Regan was his coach, so he came up in that podcast as well.
