All right, you guys, this is gonna be a long run episode.

It's a little different.

Now, Whitney Richmond is a friend of mine, old friend,

who asked me to crew her at the US,

well, it's at the six days in the dome 24 hour,

but what she's trying to do is she's trying to qualify

for the US 24 hour team.

And so we talk a little bit about what that means,

what the process is, a fixed time running,

indoor running, you know, these running around a track,

a million time-type events.

And her life story as well,

because she's a very interesting story

and she's a really good old friend.

And then I take a break and then we come back

and then we talk about what happened,

like what was the result of the event?

So it's kind of a two-parter bang-bang

and I'll put them all together and make it just one show

because I'm not a whore for the downloads,

but I hope that you enjoy it.
