This is going to be a long run episode of me in Andrea Coiman.

I don't know if you remember, but about a year plus ago, I interviewed her.

I'll put a link in the show notes.

And it was one of my favorite interviews and it's an interview that I always send people

to because it's less of an interview and more of a conversation between two people.

Just about her life and running and all of her great accomplishments, which are many.

This is a woman that's done it all and done it well.

The last time we talked to her was about to do hard rock.

And since then, she didn't finish hard rock and didn't finish another 100,

Santa Monica 100, and the Barclay, which everybody doesn't finish.

So big deal.

But anyway, she had a lot of observations and things that she learned.

And we talk about developing in the sport, aging in the sport, ups and downs,

all that kind of stuff and then everything in between.

And it was a really, really good conversation.
