episode of me and Sabrina Little. Who is Sabrina Little? She's a kickass runner. Her running

0:06.4

accolades, they're out there. Look her up on ultrasound. She's done super fast 100s and 24 hour

0:13.4

races and everything in between and she's done them well. And at the same time, done an academic

0:19.4

and a mom and she has a normal, a pretty normal life. She's a philosopher and so that kind of made

0:27.2

me nervous. It was one of the few that I got a little nervous before I did. I had to go and think

0:32.4

about like philosophy things because I studied it two 27 years ago and I only remember like seven

0:38.4

things from it and we talked about those seven things. I tried to cram as much of that in there as

0:42.6

possible. But we also just talked about life and running her relationship with running and being a

0:46.8

mom and you know, whatever else came up, it was a really good conversation. I think you're really,

0:50.8

really going to like it. She also writes for Iron Far. Probably, you know, like I was thinking,

0:56.8

if I, you know, broke my leg and could never run again and just was out of the sport forever,

1:01.6

she might be one of the very few people that I would still follow just because the articles that

1:05.6

she writes makes me think about life and think about deeper topics. So if you haven't read her

1:11.6

articles on Iron Far, you should go follow her and keep up with them because they're usually

1:16.1

very, very good issues. If you like to think, if you don't like to think that avoid her at all costs,

1:21.8

but most of us like to be provoked and she does that in a good way, in a really good way,

1:28.2

she's, she's a good, do good. Anyway, you're going to enjoy it. This episode is brought to you by

1:33.2

not by Spotify, like the adventure jogger, which is the little dig. But by trail transformation,

1:40.3

our friends, Jake Hegey, Mike Boerst, up in Minnesota, the PT's, we've had them on the show before.

1:46.8

Are you ready to take your running to the next level and look no further than trail transformation?

1:51.3

They were fathered in 2015. It's quickly become one of the Midwest premiere coaching collectives,

1:55.7

and you know, when they say that, they're not just blown smoke. I've had people on the show
