who is the ultra-running history podcast guy, and he also has written a whole bunch of cool books,

I just read a book about a guy named Frank Hart, the first black ultra-running hero, which was

amazing. I'll put a link in the show notes. And then in between scheduling this, he goes ahead and

releases another book about crossing the Grand Canyon. I'll put that in the show notes as well.

He's fascinating. He's a great runner, a member of the 100 Club, the 100 Milers.
