This is gonna be a long run episode of me and Fred Morello. Fred is a legend, he's been running forever.

He's also featured on the very, very popular internationally famous podcast, Cultura.

He's the lead personality on that program.

He's a really interesting guy, he's a lawyer. I just got done reading his book, he did the badger.

I was like, wow, I got the book done. Probably a good time to have an interview.

It's gonna be me and Fred talking about law stuff, music stuff, a little bit of running and making the Bob Dylan story, who knows.

So, on Cultura, do they actually tell you how they're going to communicate with you ahead of time?

Or is it more like my system where you just sit by your phone and wonder how we're going to connect?

I was doing something else, and I was like, you know, I don't think I've ever talked to Scotty about how we're going to do this.

So, that's why he sent that email.

I have a little after we were actually going to do it. So, I was like, oh, okay. I guess I'll send that email.

I have a dog-yard copy of running home on my desk. I have a legal pad, and I have a large cup of coffee.

So, I think I'm completely prepared and ready to rock and roll.
