on hiatus host of the ultra under podcast, he knows everything about ultra running. It was, he was a really instrumental person and me getting into ultra running and podcasting.

But he's a really good guy and it was a really fun talk. It was long past due. We've interviewed him once before in 2016 and so much has changed since then. So that is what we got for you today.

So that was like right in the beginning of this journey that I've been on, which yeah, I don't know when that's going to end either.

I mean, it's kind of like, I think about that all the time, right? Everything ends.

Everything ends. Yeah, yeah. But do you end it, you know, with a flashbang or do you just kind of slow down a lot?
