All right, you guys, this is going to be a long run episode of me and Colin O'Brady.

And it's a little different than usual because as you may know, I tend to have the interview

last as long as it lasts without any time constraints.

And I made an exception on this one because Colin has a new book coming out and because

Colin is a lot more famous than our podcast usually warrants.

So I did it in an hour, which was a little bit truncated, but we focused mostly on the

upcoming book and issues regarding impact and influence and things like that.

So if you don't know who Colin O'Brady is, boy, there's a lot to learn.

He's the first person to do an unsupported crossing of Antarctica.

And he wrote a book about that called The Impossible First, which is a great book which

I read.

He wrote on the Rich Roll podcast several times.

That's how I got turned on to him.

There's like two or I mean, there might be four of them.

Very interesting stuff.

He's also the first male, the first mate and the youngest person I think to do the Drake

passage, which is between South America and Antarctica on a robot.

So they rode across it, which was incredible.

And then he has a whole bunch of world records.
