Alright, this is going to be a long run episode that is a long time coming between me and

Katie Grossman.

Katie is a bad ass ultra runner and a mom and she had two babies and a tumor and we're

going to talk about having babies and running and women's issues and being a parent.

So a whole bunch of stuff that I'm completely unqualified to discuss but that I've kind of

put a pin in and said, you know what, these are things I want to address at some point

on the show.

And I mean, I've been a fan of Katie and her husband Dom for over a decade.

They're two of my favorite people to follow on Facebook.

They're just great people and I'm glad that I got to spend some time talking to her and
