All right, this is gonna be a long run episode of me and my friend, Ellison Kirk.

She's been on the show before. She did a long run with Sam Turko at one point in time,

but it's been a while since we've talked, and I really wanted to catch up with her

and hear about what's going out with her.

If you don't know who she is, you should, because she's awesome.

Basically, she wins hundreds and climbs peaks.

And when I say she climbs peaks, she climbs all the goddamn peaks.

This woman has climbed all the 14ers, and in terms of the 14, 13, and 12,000 foot peaks.

It looks like there's about 2,122 of them in America.

She's climbed 15, 57, so she has about 565 to go.

She was climbing a peak a day for years and years and years, and it just recently came to an end.

Her project, the Kirk Project, which I'll put a link in the show notes,

is to climb them all.

And it's a crazy project, and she's awesome, and I like everything about her.

She's one of the long run people that's become a good friend.

And someone that I really admire, she wrote a really good book called On My Way Up,

which I'll put in the show notes too.

I can go on and on and on and on.

I can't say enough good things about this person.

She's fascinating.
