All right, everybody, this is going to be a long run episode of me and our old friend

Samantha Gash.

She's our old friend because in 2016, she was the fourth long run I ever did.

And it was right when I was getting started.

And she was way better than I was during that interview for sure.

But she had a big influence on me.

She said a lot of things that stuck with me.

And I followed her and wanted to support her throughout the years.

She's one of the people in the sport that I think are, you know, the good ones.

She's a really, really good person and she's trying to make good in the world and have a

positive impact.

And she's a public speaker and she's raising money and she does all kinds of things.

She's always got some projects going on and they're always inspirational.

She's a fantastic runner in her own right.

She also has a podcast.

She's got a book club coming out that we're going to talk about.

Since last time we talked to her, she ran across India.

She was on Survivor.

She got married.

She had a baby.

All kinds of things have happened.

So in an effort to catch up, I thought, well, why don't we just record it?
