All right, everybody.

Here is a long run this week of me, and someone who I'm really proud to call my friend.

He's a really good dude.

This is my old friend, Pat Sweeney.

I've known Pat since, you know, probably about eight, ten years.

We hung out the first time he saved me while I was dying, climbing a hill at the Ray Miller

50-50 back in the day and we've been friends ever since.

He's extremely interesting dude.

I mean, he's like he does everything, 5K on a newtist resort. He does marathons,

Boston Marathon, he wears Luna Sandals. He used to be friends with Cabello Blanco.

He's been in the Copper Canyon. He's you know gotten the big buckle at Ledge. the Cabal

Blanco, he's been in the Copper Canyon, he's, you know, gotten the big buckle at Leadville,

run across America, and then one time, I don't know if this was on the show, probably,

he came here, he stayed in the Camille Heron bedroom and then he and I and

Alex Ramsey also known as Barefoot Alex ran from Chicago. We ran the Chicago

Marathon together the entire five hours and then they ran to New York and then they ran the New York marathon.

Same year that they ran across the country.

So, I mean, he's just, he's a really, really interesting.

He's the kind of person that when I joined Ultra Running I stayed because I met so many people like him that were just incredibly interesting and incredibly good people.
