it three, four weeks ago, I think. And that doesn't mean that, you know, good times are necessarily

ahead, but I do think the Lakers are in a much better position to be competitive against a string

of pretty good teams. And so Mike is joining us from a hotel in Milwaukee. Coincidentally, Mike, the first time I ever got drunk in my life was in a hotel in Milwaukee. And hopefully you are not. Yeah, I know, of all things, right? What were you, hold on? What were you in Goldfarb up to, man? Like, was this at Jeff Herman? You in Goldwater? No, this is my family. See, so this is my mom's side of the family and they got a huge family, Irish, right? And a lot of them are in the Midwest. And so this is Milwaukee in 1997. So I'm like 16 years old. And me and all my badass cousins are sneaking the, what's the Boone's farm and the peach snobs that's in in the, like, what's the main room, like the ballroom that we'd rent it out for the family to have dinner that night. And yeah, we'd always had a something we called the Blarney Rubble Award, which was for the person who got drunkest in the family. And I won the junior division that year, which I'm not entirely proud of. But I am saying it here on this podcast. So already off the family. So just it's been a wild ride this season and I think that we are starting a new phase

of the season right now with this road trip.

How are you feeling about this team?

Well, it's certainly better vibes than last year.
