for $1.9 million roughly.

Just sold it for $2.7.

That was a cool 33% gain for years truly on a net basis.

Or 2% after inflation.

Hey, this is a real asset.

I also called it inflation right by 25% or so.

So this was my first exit.

I got an email from them saying,

Hey, we sold a painting that you own.
