0:46.1	terrible sleepers and I like to think they get this from their mother but I think
0:50.4	that would be a lie. And she reminds me often that probably comes to their father,
0:56.6	who's not a great nap or not a great sleeper.
0:59.1	And so we have done everything we can and try to get him to sleep.
1:02.5	The latest thing we've been attempting to do is cut out as much sugar as we can anytime around bedtime.
1:06.7	Because we want to make sure there's very little sugar so that they'll go right to sleep and
1:10.5	it is not worked.
1:11.7	And so that has led me to discover,
