I came across you from TikTok, you're doing videos, social.

Yeah, it went a bit of viral, couple of them.

That was the first, like, I've been on the TikTok,

but I've never gone my face on there and explaining my story.

And then it just, one of them went just viral, like 300,000 views, you know, and then...

So I thought, well, I'll obviously my book's been in the pipeline in my head as a dream for 10 years.

Like I got all my notes from Broadmoor, my risk assessments and everything,

because they hold them for 20 years and you can apply for

them so i applied for all the notes i wrote my book myself because i was going to get a ghostwriter

but he would have been he would have done a good job because he's a good ghostwriter but i don't think

it would have been out to step me to my shoes we have people by your book paul it's on amazon at the
