In the case of Gary Mansfield and others versus R. On the 6th of October 1995, the

defendant Mansfield, having been convicted of being knowingly concerned in the fraudulent

evasion of the importation of Diamorphine, contrary to Section 1702 of the Customs and

Exercise Management Act 1979, was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment.
