After sampling some beer from a fan of the show, Marc and Brian focus in on Rand’s comments regarding Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis’ actions in refusing to issue any marriage licenses if she also had to “sign her name” to any license for gay couples. We tackle the ensuing national debate, and Rand’s opinion on the matter which had libertarians arguing amongst themselves as to whether he was right, wrong, or simply confused.
