This is going to be a great conversation because her book title is amazing.

It's called How to Not Die Alone, the surprising science that will help you find love.

She is a behavioral scientist turned dating coach and the author of this book we're going to discuss today.

She also is the director of relationship science at the dating app Hinge.

So that should be very interesting. So she leads a research team really dedicated to help people

finding love. And this book is really, really great. It poses a lot of really interesting questions

I don't think we'll be able to cover all of it because it's so juicy. But let's start off with your opinion as to why dating is harder than ever before. Yes. So I decided to start the book off with that chapter

because I felt like when I was working as a dating coach, people were really struggling. And

they were being so hard on themselves. They were saying, everyone else seems to have found love

and what's wrong with me. And I wrote this chapter to really help people understand and empathize with why dating is so hard
