I have a story up later this week about the commander's offseason and kind of what it means

for the roster, what, what, what was revealed, I guess, during their free agency. So check that

out on ESPN.com. Today, I'm joined by former Washington Redskinned tight ed and Logan Paulson,

who of course is now an analyst for

the commanders. He also does the Take Command podcast with Craig Hoffman from the Team 980. So give those,

you can check that out. You can check out Logan's work with the team with the Command Center,

et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. So I wanted to have them on just to talk about the commander's

free agency period, the defensive line, what he, how he views that

line, you know, just his thoughts and some of those signings, plus the offensive line as well.

So one little note for you, the owners meetings do start on, I'll be going down there Sunday.

I'll be down there Sunday Monday Tuesday. We'll be talking to Dan Quinn at the, excuse me, at the coach's breakfast on Tuesday.

Hopefully having a chat with Adam Peters as well, kind of get some insight into their free agency decision.

So just want to let you know, I will have stuff on that.

That's his quarterback's coach, has been with them for more than 10 years,

probably about since he was like 11 years old.

So it's more than 10 years.
