It looks like Donald Trump may have violated another federal law during his meeting with Israel's prime minister, BB Netanyahu, who joined Donald Trump for a dinner at Marilago to discuss the ongoing conflict in Israel.

However, there was a moment during that conference in which the press was ushered out of the room.

They were no longer allowed to be filming what was going on in the dialogues between

Netagnahu and Donald Trump, which leads me to the title of this podcast episode, which is that in that private conversation

Donald Trump may have violated the Logan Act.

Now the Logan Act is a United States federal law that criminalizes the negotiation of a dispute

between the United States and a foreign government by an unauthorized American citizen.

And in this scenario, BB Netanyahu

represents the foreign government

as he is the prime minister,

and Donald Trump represents the unauthorized American citizen.

Remember, Donald Trump is no longer president.

He has no governmental authority and no access,

nor the power, to make any decisions on behalf of America.

Now we know Donald Trump has a history of jeopardizing the national security of America

and has a history of violating federal laws, especially at

Hotel Marilaga where Donald Trump infamously stored America's top secret classified documents and then withheld them and

concealed them from federal authorities when they tried to retrieve them.

That was obstruction, that was espionage, and those were crimes that Donald

Trump got indicted and arrested for. So now when we look at this unofficial meeting between

Netanyahu and Donald Trump, we have the Prime Minister of Israel

going to the hotel where classified documents were stored to meet with a convicted felon to allegedly discuss the conflict in Israel and with
