You are locked on Warriors, your daily Golden State Warriors podcast. I am Danny Lur, your host,

0:04.7

and so happy to bring you your team every day. The Warriors start out the season with a surprising

0:10.8

loss to the San Antonio Spurs. The building was shocked, as they should be, considering what happened,

0:16.8

and it was a dominant San Antonio performance, but still plenty of positives to look at from

0:22.6

1:05.1

where you felt like the warriors were finally going to get over the hump and put

1:08.8

something together.

1:10.0

And the spurs just kept blowing it up and kept frustrating them, and the Warriors seemed as stunned

1:14.5

as anyone. So whether we chalk it up to sort of early season jitters, a learning experience,

1:20.6

or some deeper fundamental issues they have to work on, the Warriors did not play the way

1:25.8

I think they as a team expected to play tonight.

1:28.9

Yeah, there were moments in this game that felt a lot like when you see a good team come together
