Recording this a little bit late because of the ridiculous Giants game that concluded, and I wanted to watch the whole thing,

but still wanted to record this podcast, which is another thing that I wanted to get to before the start of the season,

And that is Dean Oliver's four factors. And so Dean Oliver is a big figure in basketball

analytics. He wrote a great book, Basketball

on Paper, that came out, I think, was in 2004, that you should definitely read if you are into

this at all, because it helps. His goal is to try to explain a lot of the things in the sport that,

you know, what is conducive to winning and everything else.

It's definitely worth reading.
