Greetings, Hoops Heads, welcome to another episode of Locked-on Warriors, part of the Locked-on Podcast Network.

I realize everyone has been wondering, you know, what happened to Drew and Grant. They moved on. I think one of them is writing a book.

I can't remember which one.

But I'm happy to be here, and I'm happy to be talking Warriors with some of the most rabid fans in the NBA.

I have been a fan of the Warriors

since I was a little kid. I remember going to a game. I think it was Antoine Jameson's

rookie year. It was shortly after the choke. I was there. I was nine years old and my section

was mostly empty. I was up at the top of the bowl. Me and my godbrother, who was about a good 10 years

older than me, he was in college at the time. They did, I'm pretty sure the Warriors lost that game.

I can't remember who we were playing, but they did the t-shirt toss, and they still had those

slingshots. So they needed three people to work the slingshot, you know it came right into our section because there was nobody there

my god brother was able to run through our section grab it right before somebody else got it and he gave it to me

and that was the beginning of my warriors fandom fast forward almost 20 years and I'm a credentialed member of the

warriors journalistic community I write for bleacher report and I get to go into practices, games, post-games,

make sure that I get the scoops out to all of my readers and hopefully to my listeners on this

podcast. I also write at the intersection of sports, business, and community impacts for Forge.com.
