You all send them questions about what the Warriors will do in free agency in the draft.

Let's start with this question from Eric who writes in.

What is the stat Warriors fans who look at to determine if the Warriors culture is helping Andrew Wiggins succeed?

So in Andrew Wiggins' first game as a warrior against the Lakers Saturday, he played pretty

well, had five steals.

I thought that was tremendous, got out in transition, pushed the pace.

I thought it was about as encouraging of a first performance as the Warriors could have hoped

for.

And I thought there was a really good question

because there are certain benchmarks I think that he could reach that would show that he is

sort of embracing the player that the Warriors want him to be, which is a guy who is cutting off

the ball, making spot-up threes, pushing the tempo, running up and down the court in transition.

And I think there's three categories that I'm looking at.

Field goal percentage, free throw attempts, and steals.

If all of those are higher than they were in Minnesota,

I think the Warriors would have really found a way to help Wiggins embrace what it is that he does well. I mean, he's a career 44%

shooter. He's been one of the worst, one of the least efficient high volume score is in the league

in his five and a half years in Minnesota. So if you can get him to shoot closer to 48%, which I think

is attainable, and the reason I say 48%, that's basically what Harrison Barnes shot
