The Warriors won a strange, ugly, sloppy game against the Chicago Bulls final score 123 to 92.

0:16.2

And my biggest takeaway from it was this was just kind of a survive and advance type of game

0:21.5

where Chicago was clearly limited without Jimmy Butler or without Dwayne Wade

0:26.8

and have imperfect players in their stead.

0:30.1

They started Jerry and Grant and Michael Carter Williams.

0:33.5

Rajan Rondo actually outplayed both of them.

0:36.1

And the Bulls just didn't have the horsepower to stick with

0:39.1

the Warriors who got the comfortable win, despite struggling a fair amount in the first half.

0:44.4

They looked, you know, they had some nice moments where they looked good, and also Chicago,

0:58.7

fewest threes relative to the rest of their shots, but that makes sense because they're also

1:03.2

the league's worst three-point shooting team. So it isn't a surprise that they struggled in that

1:08.2

way, but 16.7 percent, four of 24 is bad for anybody. So the Warriors survived that,

1:15.4

but thinking of it as the aversion of the negative does obfuscate a little bit of the positive

1:21.0

that was there, and there certainly was a fair amount of positive in this game. One of the bigger ones

1:25.8

was Javille McGee. McGee offensively has been

1:29.3

wonderful with the starters throughout the season, but particularly the configurations where he's

1:34.6

out there with more of the starters because Green and Curry are great at feeding him. Durant has

1:40.4

gotten a little better. Clay Thompson has gotten a lot better, but struggled a couple times today. And McGee gives them a boost on that end. He is still imperfect defensively,
