You are locked on Warriors, your daily Golden State Warriors podcast. I am Daniel were your host and so happy to bring you your team every day. This was another big performance by the Golden State Warriors, especially

Stefan Curry. They absolutely dominated the Charlotte Hornets, even though the final score ended up

being a little bit closer, 126 to 111. It was a big performance from particularly the offense.

The defense did fine, but this was an offensive performance, and I would argue in

many ways that it was the high watermark so far for them. The score wasn't as high as against the

Clippers when they dropped 144, a couple of other games, but A, even without Cody Zeller,

Charlotte is a better defensive team than a lot of the teams that the Warriors have faced,

and two, because of the way that it happened.

So, Stefan Curry ended the game with 39 points, 11 of 15 from 3,

getting close to his NBA record of 13 made 3s,

considering he didn't play at all in the fourth quarter.

And then Clay Thompson chipped in 29 points.

He had 26 at half time.

And a lot of those looks for both of those guys were remarkably open. And while Charlotte did

not have their best defensive game, not by a long shot, the Warriors executed extremely well
