Summary

The Baby Lakers are playing some alright basketball. Their defense is stout, and the offense is coming along nicely. The undermanned Warriors come into Staples center without Steph Curry, Draymond Green, Shaun Livingston, and Zaza Pachulia. Nick Young is probable. Around the NBA there are rookies who are impressing their team's fans. Of course there's the rookies of the night, Jordan Bell, Lonzo Ball and Kyle Kuzma. But elsewhere the likes of Ben Simmons and Donovan Mitchell are making life hell for defenders. Kobe Bryant is having both numbers 8 and 24 retired tonight by the Lakers at halftime.
