and so happy to bring you your team every day. Tonight was, or actually today, was game one of

the first round series for the Golden State Warriors. They won 121-109 over the Portland Trailblazers

with a huge 33-21 fourth quarter fueled by Draymond Green and the second unit as I'm calling it.

Their domination in the beginning of the fourth quarter.

And I wanted to have a guest on to talk about it, someone who is sitting two seats away from me for this game.

Warriors team. And we went for about 40 minutes on this game. And I included a little bit of audio

from Draymond Green. There was something interesting that I thought he said postgame. So I

included that in as a part of the story of this contest. Thanks so much for coming on.

Thanks for having me. A lot of different things to get to from this game, but I feel like the place we have to start

is the beginning of the fourth quarter. And while Draymond Green justifiably is getting the

lion's share of the credit, the defensive effort overall really was a team performance for the five

guys on the floor. Yeah, people talk about defenders being on a string, and this was a perfect example of it.

Whatever the Blazers tried to do, the rest of the warriors were around to adjust,

to adapt to the offensive sets.

Dremont was spectacular, but Clay was filling lanes.

David West was adjusting.

Eadol had his usual fantastic presence on the perimeter.

Even Clark came up with some great hustle plays and really held his own on defense.

So for the entire team, they have to be thrilled with how that second unit looked to start the floor.
