And that certainly made it a little bit sweeter, didn't it? Not only was it a victory, we didn't have to be stressed

out on Christmas. We didn't have to have a heart attack. We didn't have to wonder if the game was

going to come down to a Chris Boswell field goal in the waning seconds against another bad football

team on the road. Steelers came out in a week that I think a lot of

people thought that, and myself included, thought they'd be a little bit unfocused and not quite as

smooth as usual. No Antonio Brown. It didn't even matter. And the Texans are terrible, but the

Steelers came out. They took care of business and they moved the ball efficiently.

Yes, they didn't finish some drives that they should have. There are some little things here

and there, but overall, this offense still looks like it's in a place that can win football

games by playing at a high level, even if the defense and other units struggle, which is very

reassuring. I think the biggest thing, if you're a Steelers

fan watching this game, and we'll talk about positives, we'll get to negative because believe it or

not, there was one big glaring negative, and I'm sure you can probably guess what it was from this

game, but man, this is just, this is a high-powered offense. You put up 34 points, and I know one was on a short field, I think, but I mean, for the most part, this offense moved the ball up and down the field.

They ran it well when they needed to.

They threw the ball when they needed to.

Ben was efficient.

Todd Haley was great, I thought, play calling, and the game plan were really sound.

It's a team that is proving right now that they have the weapons.

They can do things without Antonio Brown, which is really encouraging, I think.

Vance McDonald has been, if he can just stay healthy, he is a missing element to this offense.
