It's a victory Monday on the Locked-on Steelers podcast, and I'm John Ledger, your host from over at fanragsports.com.

And what a weird win and what a weird game. But that's the way the season's gone. The Steelers 11 and 2, AFC North champions.

And to me, as I've criticized a lot about this season and the way, the performance, the way they've played.

This one was sweet because the offense finally did what we knew they were capable of, came out

with a big game, showed out, I thought against a very tough defense.

I know without Jimmy Smith, but still a very, very tough group, and they had an unbelievable

performance. Keep in mind, the Steelers obviously without Juju Smith-Schuster, no tough group, and they had an unbelievable performance. Keep in mind,

the Steelers obviously without Juju Smith-Schuster, no Marcus Gilbert, Levyon Bell was banged up

a little bit in this game, came out and dominated. Ben Rothsperger, 506 yards passing, Antonio

Brown, 213 yards receiving. Levyon Bell made his mark all over the field as he does so often.

This was a really impressive win for

the Steelers because the defense was without Shazier and it's going to be an issue moving forward and

we're going to have to talk about it later in the week. But today I did want to be positive because it is a,

it's a huge win. It's a huge accomplishment to get the AFC North title as down as the division is

this year. Steelers came out and did what they had to do in a very important game and a game really

couldn't afford to lose because i think we all think malice if we're honest with ourselves new

england could be a loss next week um the way the steelers defense is it's hard to envision this

current group with no joe hay and no Ryan Chazier.

And Mike Mitchell's been less than 100 percent.

And the inside linebacker plays bad if Madikavich misses another week.

I don't think even he's much of an improvement.

But Patriots flex out those running backs out those running backs and those tight ends and you're creating mismatches.
