Welcome back inside the locked on Steelers podcast. I'm John Ledger, your host from over at fanragsports.com.

And it is time to talk about the Steelers Jaguars matchup in depth, both based on the last time the two teams played earlier this season in week five.

And based on what we can expect to see on Sunday.

It should be a really good game. Strength on strength is the way playoff

game should be played. That's what gets me really excited about playoff matchups, obviously with some

level of rooting interest in this one. But regardless, you know, this is a great matchup of a team,

not only the strengths of units, but the strengths of elements of a team. You know, the Steelers'

offensive line, I think, been the best unit and pass protection in the entire NFL. They're fully healthy. Jaguars defensive line. I know

they finished second and sacks behind the Steelers, but this is the best pass rushing group in

the NFL. They can win one-on-one in a variety of ways up front. So yeah, Dante Fowler, he got

Chris Hubbard a couple times last time they played. Now Marcus Gilbert's in there.

Can he shut down Dante Fowler who's had a great season?

Yonick and Gokwey is a real challenge for Villanueva, but he is mostly an edge speed rusher.

And Villanueva does tend to do better with those guys than with power inside move guys.

So can Villanueva use that length and uses quickness and keeping Gokwe up the

arc? That's going to be a huge aspect of this game. And then inside, where does Colise Campbell

line up? I mean, he could line up a defensive end. He could line up on the inside where he's wreaked

a ton of havoc this season. I broke it down at one point. I tweeted out, but most of his sacks did come from a three technique spot inside I think eight but he had a ton of

sax this year and he had at least at least three sacks at every spot on the defensive line including

nose tackle now he can play both defensive end spots so he gives you a ton of flexibility up front

no matter what your package is that you can run a lot of different things with him and twist with him

in there and blitzes
