Hello, this is Monday, September 19th, locked on Raiders with Bill Williamson.

And yeah, it's kind of a funeral-like atmosphere.

We'll try to, hey, look it, I can't sugarcoat stuff after losses.

So we're just going to kind of talk it out.

This is our first experience after a loss.

A week later, after the exhilaration of win in New Orleans.

And I tell you what, I'm going to be completely honest with you.

Unless this Oakland Raiders defense figures something out quickly,

this won't be the last time we talk about a loss in the next

few weeks.

I mean, here's what the New Orleans, and it was a great win, and it was a win, and they counted

one and zero, but it was perfume.

It covered up the stink of the defense.

And if the Raiders don't make that two-pointer, this team is 0-2.

And I don't like talking ifs, ifs, ifs.

Because so many of Raider fans go, hell, man, if we last year, if we would have won this game, this game, we would have been 11-5.

I said, well, you know, if you would have.

But you also had a lot of close losses too. So I think you are what you are, and that's what the great Bill Parcell, Bill Parcells always says.
