Hello. Hello, everyone, welcome to Locked On Nuggets.

I'm your host, Matt Moore.

This is my first episode as the new host of Locked On Nuggets.

I'll be joining you on Thursdays and Fridays going forward,

as next week we begin the official start of the season

of the 2019-20 Denver Nuggets with the Media Day on Monday and training camp all next week. It'll be in

Colorado Springs. Adam, I'm sure will be down there some with the NVR. I'll be down there as well

bringing you news and stories and what we picked up and noticed from

the week of training camp for this, the first week of the Nuggets, 2019-20 season. So I'm Matt Moore.

I'm the senior NBA writer at the Action Network. If you're a long-time listener of this podcast,

you've no doubt heard me on here as a guest, frequently, pretty regularly throughout the season and the

playoffs. I've been in Denver since 2012. I've been covering the Nuggets for seven years. And while

my focus has always been nationally on the NBA, at my time at CBS Sports and later at the Action

Network, Denver's where I am, it's where I live.

And so they're the team that I cover the most, the team I know the best, the team I understand the most.

They're the team that I have the best kind of read on.

And I have perspective both on where they've been at the start of this rebuild, how they've come along, and kind of where they're going,

as well as a sense of where they stand in the NBA compared to other teams.

I wanted to talk a little bit in this segment of my first show about how this will be a little bit different from Adam's show.

So Adam's a Nuggets fan. He's a long-time Nuggets fan.

He is a Colorado native. He is all the way with the blue and gold. I'm not. I'm not a Nuggets fan.
