sports are why you guys listen to this podcast, right? I mean we're all big sports

followers. It's the reason why Ben and I record. It's why you guys subscribe and listen, but there's something going on

around the country right now that is far more important than our love of sports.

And that is to show our support and do our part to fight against the social injustice and rooted racism. That was the reason that George Floyd was

murdered at the hands of the Minnesota Police Department. It's an act that was

heartbreaking. It's an act that makes us sad, feel remorse, feel angry, want to do something, but unfortunately, it's not a unique case.

It's not something that is happening out of the blue, and it's part of a trend that has happened for centuries in this

country. That trend is white supremacy. This country was built on the fact

that people of color are viewed as less important than white people and that's the way
