As we started a tradition last week, Mike Sando for my buddy from ESPN has joined us again.

Mike, how is it going? Good to be here. Good to be here, Matt. I hear we're talking some NFC West.

Yes, I got the ESPN a little before you, and then when you came in, back in the day,

there were Sports Nation reporters for each division. And when I met you, you were in charge of the NFC West,

and you live in that area of the country. So I figured intro to Sando part two would be kind of just your background in that neck of the woods.

That's right.

And we've got people predicting Seattle for one win, four wins, five wins.

And everyone's got, you know, the brands and 49ers penciled in.

Everyone's got Arizona just forgotten about.

So let's sort through this and see if those perceptions are accurate.

Yeah, exactly.

Let's spend the majority of it focused on the Seahawks.

I mean, you're in Seahawks territory.

Like, are your kids Seahawk fans Is your neighborhood heavy Seahawk country?

Yeah, definitely neighborhood.

So we have a split in the household.

My oldest son is a Seahawks fan.

And he, so he's 17 now.

He goes back far enough that his first jersey was probably a Hasselbeck jersey you know the

Sean Alexander walter jones era okay my youngest was his preschool teacher was from green bay and she

indoctrinated him he is a hacker fan he doesn't hate the sea hawks you know i mean he's unless they're
