I was totally in isolation out of nowhere, off the grid.

I am back. I am exhausted. But that's great. It doesn't matter. I want to talk to you guys.

And here's what's going on the rest of the week. Usually I talk to Mark Schofield on Wednesdays, but I

canceled with him because I didn't think I'd be back this early. But I was able to bump Mike Sando

up for Wednesday. So Mike and I are going to chat about, go around the league. I'll tell you

about that here in a minute. And then I'm going to finish up the week and I'm going to finish up my eight-part series with AFC West on Thursday, NFC

West recap on Friday, and then we'll get back into a rotation going after this week and bring

on a lot of locked-on hosts. And as we usually do every Thursday, Mike Sandow is here with us on a

Wednesday. So Mike, what's shaking with you? You know, basically recovering from the draft,

looking ahead of some other off-season projects,

but it's sort of a nice pivot point in the schedule for me, where we're not really into the deep

mini-camps yet.

So, yeah, a little bit of recovery and time to assess, you know?

Yeah, and I'm going to be down at Steeler mini-camp, rookie minicamp on Friday.

They're not obviously very intense,

but there's some of those going on, but it is a little bit of a exhale period on the

schedule, which is good. For all of you that don't follow Mike, you're crazy, but he has a

column up right now. It's been up about a week about all his great contacts around the league,

compiling what the league basically thought about drafts. So I've been telling you what I thought
