my schedule got a little messed up with some doctor things i had to do and you know just life got

in the way a little bit so it's a perfect time to catch up on a few things, kind of a reset day

for things that you've been asking for. So today is a three-part show. We'll probably finish the

show talking about coaching hires. And there was a few today. So that works out. We have
