not the normal Monday. We're going to skim through these games quick. Coaching firings are

happening as we speak on Black Monday, which happens to be the first of the year.

And the playoff brackets are set, as you can imagine, as the season has unwinded.

And the 4 o'clock games are pretty eventful, to say the least.

But let's buzz through these.

The lions really beat up on the Packers, 35-11, they get to 9 and 7, and they're firing their hood coach.

Crazy sport we're part of, we've all been there.

It's rough.

I can understand it.

I think you could say this team hasn't really progressed as we want.

But, I mean, how much talent do they really have on defense?

I mean, they won nine games.

They were a game short of the postseason.

I guess the approach here is, ideally, you keep the same offense.

Jim Bob Cooter and his staff in place.

You find a defensive head coach, maybe Steve Wilkes from Carolina, Patricia from New England,

put him in as a head guy and have him try to rebuild a defense.

I mean, that logic's fine.

It just is changing just to change worth it.

Usually not.
