Dorknivitsky resigning with the Mavericks, but let's start with the latest involving

Carmelo Anthony, who was traded by the Thunder to the Hawks last week.

And according to Mark Stein of the New York Times, Carmelo plans to join the Houston Rockets

after he's bought out by the Hawks and clear his waivers in the next two days.

He'll sign a one year 2.4 million dollar deal to team up with his friend Chris Paul, reunite with his former head coach Mike Dantoni, a relationship that could be best described as Rocky during their brief stint together with the Nix.
