At Friedman Adam 5. I heard the locked on cell this guy we're on yesterday, right? I think at least one of

at least John Corrales was on yesterday and they gave me some extra baseball or some free

baseball. It means we have a high bar to reach. Those guys. That's true.

Those guys are the, the Pristina, the locked on MBA channels. Those guys.

Today what we're bringing for you is we're going to talk, we're going to have some

demard to Rosen talk.

So he obviously gets traded to San Antonio, but then there's this whole like backlash from him almost

that happened almost immediately.

There's the Instagram story where he posted he was upset and then he went on

ESPN and he was talking all about how he didn't feel like he was treated right.

So we're gonna have this kind of this kind of conversation about that about loyalty.

Me coming from Lockton Mavericks, obviously I have a very different, you know, a very different perspective on

loyalty because of Dirk Novitsky and everything he's meant to this franchise and then Adam coming from lockdown paces he has this whole

Perspective of Paul George and what he did with the paces and all that kind of stuff so I think that'll be a good conversation and then we're going to finish it up talking about the five teams we think improved the most this off season. For me that can either be a player players that they've added or even internally you know teams can get better and

you know players can get better so we'll do we'll do five teams each some of them will

probably overlap but we'll talk about that we're excited. Demartor Rosen he gets traded he did not want to be traded from
