1:31.2	obviously there's been a lot of negativity surrounding them,
1:34.3	because let's be honest, they've been pretty poor for most of the season.
1:37.2	They fired the coach Fred Hoiberg a few weeks back, Jim Boilen took control.
1:40.5	It looked like the defense was getting better early on, but that has since regressed.
1:45.1	But curiously, over the last, I think, 24 hours, a report came out that the Chicago Bulls have made a change to
1:51.5	Jim Boyland's employment status to care to fill us in on what's actually happened there with his contract?
1:57.3	Yeah, there should come is no surprise to a lot of Bulls fans when Jim Boyland took over about a month ago for Fred Hoiberg early in December, he was under contract.
2:07.2	He was under contract until the end of 1920 as an assistant head coach.
2:11.8	And when he took over as head coach he didn't take the interim tag we knew that he was going to be under contract till 2019 2020 but he was going to stay at the same pay that he was getting as an assistant coach, the 800,000 that he was going to be.
2:24.9	He said he wanted to prove himself at that point.
