The Lions get the victory, but as the rules go, we all know it's only preseason.

And like I said, at the very, very beginning, I'm just glad the preseason is in the books.

But we will discuss the preseason as well as

we will take a look at everything that this preseason meant and what that backup quarterback

position battle was all about as well as what this game means with the loss or with the win rather and of course

with the miss field goal from Jake Bates and how this Lions team can get set for that

first Sunday night game against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night football against Matthew Stafford

against Sean McVeigh when it all counts. And it's a rematch of that first playoff game.
