Summary

In this episode, I share my notes on one of the more impressive Denver Nuggets wins of the season, a 114-105 statement victory over the Boston Celtics. Nikola Jokic dominated every facet of the game, no one could make a wide open shot, and Isaiah Thomas got a nice tribute from the Celtics fans and from Michael Malone, who placed him in the rotation for the first time in over a week. But the real story was how much the Denver Nuggets looked like their best self on both ends of the court as they began their 4-game road trip with a win.  Learn more about your ad choices. And how anticlimactic would that have been?

0:45.3

Instead, they do so in Boston against the Celtics on a road win, a statement win, their fourth win in a row.

0:56.6

And just a lot of good vibes around this team.

1:01.4

It's a great moment to be a Denver Nuggets fan, and I'm going to talk about that moment because I really do think this is a cool little period that we're in as Denver Nuggets fans,

and especially a fans of this specific team.

1:09.7

This team is in a very, very, very fun part of

1:13.3

their arc. And hopefully it only gets better from here, but regardless, this is a night I think

1:19.6

we're celebrating. This episode of the show is going to be on that win. I am going to wax poetic a little

1:25.1

bit at the end as I tend to do from time to time when there's a big moment, and this one qualifies.

1:29.6

But for the most part, we're just going to talk about the win over the Celtics, which was an important one.

1:34.6

So let's dive right into it.

1:36.7

Let me just say right off the top that I thought this was a game where the Nuggets process offensively was really good.

1:43.3

Really, really good. This was one of the better games I

1:45.3

thought from Yokic on the season, and the team as a whole, just the patience that they displayed
