It was worth the wait.

It was worth waiting over the weekend because this was a fantastic weekend to be a Denver Nuggets fan.

An A-plus weekend, two big wins for the Nuggets.

And it wasn't just some wins.

There was meaningful moments.

I think this is a memorable weekend for the Denver Nuggets.

Not just because, of course, Nicole Yokic was named in All-Stars. We all knew. Brendan Vote over at Denver Stuggets. Not just because, of course,

Nicola Yokich was named in All-Stars.

We all knew.

Brendan Vote over at Denver Stiffs actually was the first I saw of anybody to report it.

And then two wins over the weekend.

The monkey off of the back against the Houston Rockets.

A big win.

You could also say another monkey off the back going back into Minnesota, the scene of the crime and getting a second win.

Denver now 2-0 in Minnesota since game 82 of last season.

And then Michael Malone and the coaching staff get named to the All-Star game by virtue

of their record, which is just incredible.

You think about it, the Nuggets this deep into the season, the number one team in the

Western Conference, and they're just doing it in different ways, with grit, with scoring,

with offense, with timely defense, with different guys stepping up, short-handed, just
