Lockdown Bills. Happy Monday to you. It's unfortunately not a victory Monday here on this podcast as the Buffalo Bills fell to the Philadelphia Eagles 31 to 13 and boy do we have a lot to talk about coming out of this football game.

I saw those Twitter streets yesterday after the bills game and during the late fourth quarter

and I didn't want any part of that discussion and so most of my takeaways are really all my takeaways will be provided here on this podcast and I hope we can have a good discussion

reflecting on this game what we learned from this game, some of the

implications from it, and the big picture discussion centered around the game.

First things first though, however, I do want to give a shout out to start the

podcast to Adam Kennedy and his girlfriend Sam for donating a new audio rig for me

to use to record this podcast. Adam does audio work for musicians and producers

and we started a dialogue a couple weeks ago about ways to improve the sound quality of the show and the next thing I know I have a new

broadcast mic and accessories arriving at my house this is my first time using

it to record this podcast and I hope you guys can notice the change in

improvement in sound quality today and this will be the new norm for the
