of Locked on Bills. Happy Wednesday to you or should I say Merry Christmas Eve.

The NFL draft starts on Thursday with the first round and then of course the second and

third round on Friday where the bills are scheduled to pick and then of course

day three on Saturday where the bills

currently have five picks to make as things currently stand so I'm very

excited about the draft on the horizon even though the bills don't have a

first round pick it's always extremely fun to watch I mean it is very dramatic and

obviously I've spent a lot of time preparing for the event and so I'm very interested to see how things play out and I'm sure you are as a fan of the bills and the NFL.

So we're going to continue our discussion today that we started on Monday talking about the defensive side of the football and looking at the position groups and trying to identify needs and where the bills really can invest and they

need talent based on expiring contracts or just you can upgrade those areas and so I think on Monday we had a good

discussion looking at those types of factors and really coming to some conclusions

about where the bills need to be thinking short and long term.
