Today we've got a training camp overview for you in two parts.

countdown to kickoff. As a fair warning, I will be doing the second segment of the podcast on my

own. The first and third segments will also feature esteemed co-host Joe Goodberry.

That's right, and we've got training camp notes and some updates and a nice report by Jane Morrison today

that I think will get us all excited.

Let's start with the exciting news, shall we?

I guess we can start with the exciting news in the context of the less exciting news

that the only healthy drafted running back for the Cincinnati Bengals right

now is Trayvion Williams with Joe Mixing Giovanni Bernard and Rodney Anderson on the practice

or on the rehab field today. But very good news from Jay Morrison on Rodney Anderson.

Yes, that Rodney Anderson will not start the season on the physically unable to perform list.

When he was first drafted, I think we all said, well, he's had injuries and injury in 2018, wiped out most of his season at Oklahoma, playing only two games.

There's a good chance that being the fourth running back, they just shelve them and try and get a look at them in 2019 or 2020 when you may need them more after Giovanni Bernard's contract runs out.

That's not the case.
