And I think this is mighty interesting i have a lot of thoughts about it it sounds like the pre-marvin bengals were a lot

like my grade school team my grade school football team where we had uh you know really old used

pads and shoulder pads and hip pads and knee pads and all that

stuff and so we'll see uh you'll hear that coming up in in just a a few minutes here on the

lockdown bengals podcast but yeah we'll see uh what you think there might not even be a surprise

to you but uh i know it surprised some.

I had heard some of the stories, but I didn't hear part of what TJ had to say.

So we'll get into that coming up in a few minutes here on the lockdown Bengals podcast.

I thought this was interesting.

ESPN, they ranked each and every backfield in the NFL in 2017.

The Bengals came in at 21st, and it, to me, didn't make sense,

really. I thought they had one of the worst rushing attacks in the league. So 21st was kind of

high for me. I get the potentials there, but their rushing attack was dreadful last year. Their

entire offense was dreadful last year, ranked entire offense was dreadful last in the league.

But they were ranked 21st.

And the bigger takeaway, because why would we look at the past?

We should look at the future.
