and it's partially because I'm at the studio and partially because I feel bad I didn't

do an emergency podcast the other day when the Bengals made the Cordy Glenn trade. I felt like that was a disservice. So now I want to do

an emergency podcast. I don't know if I'd call it an emergency. I'd call it urgency. I want the Bengals

to have some urgency here because after talking with Bengals cap expert, Andre Perada, and he's on Twitter at Andre Parada 13.

He's written a few things for Locked on Bengals.

And he's my guy.
